Hey there! I’m Matt, a sophomore Broadcast Journalism major at Temple University. I’m from Blandon, Pennsylvania, a small town about 15 minutes outside of Reading. In my spare time you can find me napping, enjoying a bagel or grilled cheese sandwich, brewing a good cup of joe, exploring Philly, spending time with my girlfriend and friends, watching House and late night programs, cheering on the Phillies and Owls, and studying up on useless trivia.

As an Owl Ambassador for the university, I enjoy showing prospective Temple students and their families the Cherry and White community. If I was your tour guide don’t be shy, drop me a line!

I chose to become an Owl because Philly and Temple share everything I could have ever wanted in my dream college. The opportunities here are endless. There’s plenty to keep my planner packed on campus and within the City of Brotherly Love. The nightlife, history, sightseeing, networking opportunities, and other events and places keep me wishing there were more hours in the day.

From Penn’s Landing to America’s First Zoo, and everything in between…that’s why I love this town!
